Annex A to Chapter 4: Unfit meat and human food

1 The following section describes the regulatory measures preventing meat which was unfit for human consumption from entering the human food chain. For this purpose it is desirable to look at the position before and after the introduction of the Meat (Sterilisation and Staining) Regulations 1982 (1982 MSSR). 1
