Who's who

This Who's who is a general version for the whole Report, and is intended to complement smaller Who's whos in most of the individual volumes. Not everyone in the smaller Who's whos appears in this one, which is meant to be restricted to the more important players in the story, and to anyone who has given oral evidence to the Inquiry at its hearings or has had their written evidence published as a statement to the Inquiry.

The acronyms which occur most frequently in this Who's who are spelt out below. Please consult the main Glossary for other terms and definitions.
